Thunder blank Norwich

The Caledonia Thunder Atom AE team kept rolling and improved to 4-0 on the season by blanking Norwich 7-0. Caledonia played stellar "D" and only allowed a small number of shots on Josh "Rollie the Goalie" Roloson for the shut out. The offence was lead by the line of French, Gray and Bleakney that combined for 11 pts. Riley "The Rocket" Gray banged three past the Norwich goalie for the Hat trick and added an assist. Cody " The Fire Ball" French played with a chip on his shoulder by muscling through the Norwich defense and contributed with 1 goal and 3 assists. Sam Bleakney jumped up to right wing for the game and looked right at home while Spencer Stewart slid over to Centre and showed his versatility. Although the game was not a very physical match, Carter "The Captain" Rock and Kyle "Bomber" Barton laid a few solid checks that made the opposition keep their heads up. Caleb Leary and Brock Brownell popped their first goals of the season while Davin Peart and Carter Rock added their first assists. Other point getters were Sam Bleakney (3A), Spencer Stewart (1G), Kyle Hodge (1A) and Zach Dehaan (1A). Next up for Caledonia is Paris.
